200 hrs YTTC, Nicaragua

Julia Gavin Yoga is delighted to offer this Yoga Alliance registered 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training with surf opportunities in sunny Nicaragua.  Join the Los Clavos Surf Camp Family for this 200 hr Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher Training Course in:

Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga.

The course objective is to take you on an exploration of strength and flexibility to deepen and develop a practice of Vinyasa Flow.  Vinyasa Flow is very much derived from  Ashtanga Yoga.  You will learn the traditions of Ashtanga Yoga alongside the contemporary thinking of Vinyasa Flow.

The Yoga Teacher Training Course will be presented in a fun and contemporary environment.  We will be hosted by the Los Clavos Surf Camp Team and while the resort houses just 12 guests, there will be a mix of yogis and surfers.  With heaps of opportunities for quiet meditative times, this Yoga Teacher Training Course has been designed to be interactive with  surf camp life of Nicaragua, with all guests invited to a daily Restorative Class.

This course is ideal for you if you would like to take your first steps to becoming a Yoga Teacher.  Or, it can simply offer the opportunity to develop a practice alongside a deeper understanding of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga in beautiful Nicaragua.

This Yoga Teacher Training Course is also offered as a 100 hrs Yoga Intensive Course over the first 2 weeks.
